INTERNATIONAL HOUSING SOLUTIONS (IHS) KENYA PURCHASES LAND AT TILISI FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GREEN AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Tilisi, Kenya – Tilisi is proud to announce that IHS Kenya has purchased 2.5 acres of land for the development of over 200 EDGE Certified Green affordable housing units at Tilisi. This sale further solidifies Tilisi’s reputation as a prime location for real estate development in Kenya.

The funding for the proposed affordable green housing will be provided by the IHS Kenya Green Housing Fund which is managed by International Housing Solutions (IHS), a private equity fund manager investing in green affordable housing communities across Africa.
